How much green tea should I drink per day?
1–3 cups per day is commonly recommended. Too much may cause acidity in sensitive individuals.
Is green tea safe during pregnancy?
In moderation, yes — but please consult your physician due to caffeine content.
Does green tea contain caffeine?
Yes, naturally. But in lower amounts than coffee. We also offer caffeine-free herbal options.
Can I drink green tea on an empty stomach?
If you have a sensitive stomach, it’s better to consume it after a light meal.
