Returns & Cancellations

We hope you love our teas as much we do, but if you aren't thrilled with your purchase, we will be happy to assist you in any way we can.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Since we deal in food items, as per regulations by the government, items once sold cannot be returned.

 

• Your order can be cancelled if it has not been dispatched from our facility. We usually ship orders by 1200 hrs IST. Any cancellation request received before this time can be accommodated.

• All cancellation requests must be initiated within 24 hours of placing the order or before your order has been shipped. Orders once processed and shipped cannot be cancelled. Use our contact us page to initiate the cancellation.

• To cancel your order, please check the MY ORDER section after logging into MY ACCOUNT

• The amount charged will be refunded to your card within 14 working days.

• Refunds will be initiated to the opted mode of refund.

• We strive to make sure you receive the best quality tea. However, if you are unhappy with the quality of the tea you have received, let us know at the earliest. We’ll do everything possible to correct it next time.
